- Do not enter if sick
- All visitors must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 to enter the home
- All visitors must provide proof of vaccination or an approved medical exemption
- All visitors must take a rapid antigen test and have a negative result to enter
- During an active Covid-19 outbreak, social visits may be suspended
- All visitors are required to wear a medical grade mask (we will supply)
- All visitors must answer screening questions and have their temperature taken by the greeters
- Hands must be sanitized prior and post visit
- Excluded are
- children under 12 years of age
- those with an approved medical exemption
- end-of-life visits
